New rules: Uefa confirm clubs can now have 12 substitutes in finals

European football governing body Uefa on Tuesday announced that clubs will now be allowed to name 12 substitute players on the bench in Champions League and Europa League finals.
Uefa also said that clubs that reach finals will be free to add a fourth substitute in a final that enters extra-time....Continue Reading.
